Biography
Brett Mensh was appointed as the Scientific Advisor at Janelia in February 2013. With degrees in neuroscience, medicine, and engineering, Brett has worked in a variety of science, medicine, and technology settings, including postdoctoral training at Bell Labs, faculty positions at Columbia University and Harvard Medical School, executive management of technology startup companies, and as an emergency physician. Brett grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and attended Duke University and Baylor College of Medicine.
